Neil T. Boyle PT, DPT, ECS was born and raised in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. He pursued a bachelor’s in health sciences at Drexel University, where he participated in a work-study program in outpatient orthopedics. During this time, he was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident that resulted in multiple injuries but graduated on schedule, receiving the College of Health Professions Achievement Award for determination, perseverance, and ability in the face of significant challenge while attaining academic goals.

Neil went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Alvernia University, where he developed a strong foundation in outpatient orthopedic care and aquatic rehabilitation, working with patients experiencing chronic pain and supporting veterans in their recovery. He later served as a Clinical Director, managing clinic operations while continuing to build his clinical expertise in outpatient orthopedics. Neil has also practiced in inpatient skilled nursing settings, providing care to a diverse patient population with complex needs.

He further specialized in clinical electromyography through a residency with the American Academy of Clinical Electrodiagnostics and achieved ABPTS (American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties) ECS certification following residency completion. Neil has performed hundreds of EMG studies, identifying conditions such as nerve entrapments, polyneuropathic processes, and radiculopathic disorders. As the owner and lead clinical electromyographer at Physiowave Electrodiagnostics, he is committed to expanding access to high-quality nerve and muscle testing, delivering fast, accurate reports to support physicians in clinical decision-making.

An ultramarathoner, endurance triathlete, weightlifter, golfer, and yogi, Neil brings the same perseverance, resilience, and balance to his professional work as he does to his personal pursuits.
